Owen Feser was raised in Yankton and graduated from Yankton High School in 2019. He then attended the University of Sioux Falls, where he was a member of the baseball team and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2022. Owen continued his education at the University of Sioux Falls, earning his Master of Business Administration in 2023. After his time at USF, Owen attended the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2026.

Owen is licensed to practice law in South Dakota and is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota.

Owen’s practice is general in nature. His primary areas of practice includes estate planning, probate, business law, property law, criminal defense, DUI defense, family law, and civil litigation.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

As a longtime resident of Yankton, Owen values the opportunity to practice law in the community where he was raised and to remain involved in the area. He has previously served as a youth baseball coach for the Yankton Baseball Association and is currently an active member of the Yankton Sertoma Club.
